Their relationship started back in 2012 and five years later, Cena decided to get down on one knee and pop the big question to her during WrestleMania 33. Unfortunately, the engagement was called off in April 2018. They reportedly got back a month later and were supposed to have tied the knot. Unfortunately, their betrothal was canceled and the two went their separate ways.
