Throughout the ’90s, Knightley had a spate of TV film appearances. The 2001 Disney film Princess of Thieves served as her first major role. She garnered heightened fame from starring in The Pirates of The Caribbean film franchise. Knightley is slated to appear in Silent Knight and Charlotte.
