Ringo Starr, Surrey Estate – $16.5 Million
Former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr used to own an incredible estate in the village of Cranleigh. The home was located on the outskirts, but it perfectly captured the small village’s charm and scenery of Surrey. The musician sold the estate to a Czech billionaire for £13.5M or approximately $16.5M.
Ringo and his wife Bárbara Bach bought the 201-acre estate called Rydinghurst back in 1999 for only $2.4M. It was quite a steal considering it had eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and an 18,332 square-foot living space. Plus, they were able to profit from it!
