Jane Seymour, Avon Manor – $428 Thousand
Actress Jane Seymour and her husband, David Flynn, fell in love with this old English manor while shooting a scene for the TV movie Jamaica Inn. The dwelling, built in late Tudor and early Jacobean style, is one of the last manors in the country to have its own church and barns.
The manor, called St. Catherine’s Court, features two kitchens and enough guest rooms and bathrooms–as if you were in a small hotel. Jane, starring in the 2019 film Friendsgiving, bought it in 1984 for £350K ($428K) but eventually sold it in 2007. It is currently available as a wedding venue.
