With Omega’s range of products, people can do so many things. The first enterprise customer for the company’s Omega is Deutsche Telekom AG (DTEGn.DE), the German telecommunications giant and parent company of T-Mobile. The German company makes use of Omega to power an AI customer support chatbot and it plans to add a voice phone system soon.

The Ability of Omega to handle customer support is the first step of the product and there is a plan to ensure that the AI does more than that.
