The company focuses on consumer electronics devices and artificial intelligence products with voice recognition with intelligence product designed to replicate Amazon’s Alexa and Apple’s Siri.

Will.i.am found fame in the 2000’s after becoming a member of the then-famous band, Black Eyed Peas. His love for technology led him to create his own company to take advantage of the booming corporate market which offered an opportunity forI.am+ to deploy and develop its virtual assistant called Omega.

Will.i.am wanted to develop a versatile brand that could meet the growing needs of modern corporations as well as tech savvy individuals. With Omega’s range of products, people can do so many things. The first enterprise customer for the company’s Omega is Deutsche Telekom AG (DTEGn.DE), the German telecommunications giant and parent company of T-Mobile. The German company makes use of Omega to power an AI customer support chatbot and it plans to add a voice phone system soon.

The Ability of Omega to handle customer support is the first step of the product and there is a plan to ensure that the AI does more than that.
