A Look Inside Gwen Stefani’s Jaw-Dropping Beverly Hills Mansion

Divorces can be nasty. And they can be nastier if both parties are celebrities trying to get rid of multi-million conjugal properties.

Case in point, Gwen Stefani’s made up her mind to sell her sprawling, eclectic mansion after ending her 13-year marriage.

Read on and take a look inside her enviable estate.

The Megamansion

The interiors of Stefani’s Beverly Hills megamansion showcasing its chic living rooms and black-and-white themed kitchen.

The former No Doubt vocalist initially bought the massive 11,845-square-foot property with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale in 2006 for a reported $13.25 million.

The 10-bedroom megamansion, also called The Summit, is every creative type’s dream come true with its curated interior design mixing both neon color schemes and graphic patterns. What more, six of the bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathrooms with the master’s bedroom also featuring a walk-in closet.

Designer Kelly Wearstler also lent some of her trademark touch of glam to the house as evident in the marble facades found in various rooms. Each area of the house showcases a different style from space-age designs to retro Hollywood to ultra mod themes.

The home also boasts of scenic views of the San Fernando Valley with its floor-to-ceiling windows. This is further complemented by the openness that its skylights and vaulted ceilings bring.

The Perfect Celebrity Home

The estate’s curated design continues outside with its beach resort design. Stefani added her own touch in the area by installing an outdoor pizza oven.

Aside from its impressive interiors, the estate has a lot more to offer outdoors.

With its own infinity pool, detached guest house, tennis court and children’s playground, it’s definitely the perfect California home for a family. In fact, the estate’s playground was specially built to accommodate Stefani and Rossdale’s three sons Kingston, Zuma and Apollo Bowie.

But what attracted its former celebrity residents to it, aside from the tropical resort-like design of the patio, is the privacy that its 250-foot driveway and gates offer them. With these buffers, it’s no wonder that even Jennifer Lopez once owned and lived in the paparazzi-proof home.

Not to mention, one can also find a mini theater and a home gym in the luxury home.

On The Market

Stefani is currently dating fellow The Voice coach and country singer, Blake Shelton.

It seems like Stefani is finding a hard time selling her former home.

While the mansion surely has a lot to offer, real estate experts believe that its hefty price tag turns away potential buyers. The pop singer initially put it up for sale in 2016 for a whopping $36 million right after her divorce was finalized.

Bending a little, she lowered her asking price to about $29 million in hopes of attracting buyers.

Some people are also speculating that Stefani’s rush has something to do with her and current boyfriend Blake Shelton’s rumored plan of living full-time in Shelton’s home state.

The 49-year-old Stefani’s current living arrangements remain a secret but she’s been posting plenty pictures of Shelton’s Hawaiian-style, lakeside property in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.
